The consulting firm of Gabriel E. Senor, Consulting Engineer and Surveyor was founded in 1954 by Gabriel E. Senor, P.E., L.S. as a full service Consulting Engineering and Surveying firm specializing in site development. Over the years, the firm has expanded, utilizing a multidisciplinary approach to enhance their performance of its services.

Gabriel E. Senor, P.C. was established in 1971. The firm is constantly up-dating its capabilities through continuing education, attendance at seminars, and on-going literature reviews and research.

The firm’s personnel are skilled professionals with experience in the areas of civil engineering, surveying, land use investigation, planning, zoning and drafting, with sixty one years of collective governmental and private sector experience. Led by Eliot Senor, P.E., L.S., its expertise provides the innovative and cost effective engineering necessary to address today’s increasingly difficult site development requirements. Experienced personnel is available to represent you at planning board and town board meetings, as well as for expediting services, i.e.; obtaining approvals and filing plans and permit applications.

The firm uses updated computer aided drafting and design, robotic total stations, and satellite global positioning systems and associated equipment, all of which has resulted in state of the art field-to-finish products.

Gabriel E. Senor, P.C. provides expert civil engineering consulting and surveying throughout the northeast. The company’s clients include real estate owners and developers, abstract companies, and builders, as well as federal municipal and state agencies. Based on client need, Gabriel E. Senor, P.C. offers either complete coordination of the project or selected consulting services. The firm also presents expert testimony before regulatory agencies and in court proceedings.

Areas in which the company has demonstrated expertise include civil and environmental engineering, site analysis, environmental impact assessment and mitigation, erosion and sediment control, management and restoration of wetlands, design and construction of wetlands for the control and retention of storm water runoff, drainage and flood management evaluation/design of individual subsurface septic systems (S.S.D.S.), sewerage design, water distribution and streets and road systems.
